Alison Colins is the Executive Director of DREAM: Together, where she brings sharp executive leadership, operational excellence, and deep spiritual alignment to the heart of the ministry. As Julia Gentry’s right hand, she manages high-level strategy, schedules, and communications to keep the vision focused and moving forward.

She leads all logistics for U.S. and international conferences and missions—including travel, venues, team coordination, and local church partnerships—ensuring every event is executed with both excellence and impact. Alison also oversees team culture and development, builds and leads our intern program, and keeps project systems running with clarity and accountability.

From managing big-picture plans to caring for people behind the scenes, Alison makes bold vision happen.
