Cami is the operational “glue” behind all of DREAM: Together. Her heart for God’s kingdom, passion for business, and strong background in nonprofit executive management and leadership development has positioned her to be the COO of both the ministry and The Dream Factory and Co.
Cami’s skills as an integrator have been invaluable in helping bring the vision of DREAM: Together to life, while also providing the necessary organizational structure and strategies to build a successful ministry that is making an impact globally. Furthermore, Cami has a passion for developing leaders and empowering individuals to pursue their individual greatness and works closely with the entire team to support them in executing in their highest calling in the most efficient and effective way possible. She has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, creating and implementing successful fundraising strategies, and developing innovative programs that make a difference in the lives of those they serve.
Cami Aufdermauer lives in the cozy town of Tillamook, Oregon, where she proudly plays the roles of a loving wife and a mom to two awesome teenage girls. With a heart full of inspiration, she’s all about helping folks chase their dreams. Not only is she a busy bee – she’s also a thrill-seeker! You’ll find her out paddle boarding, hiking, skydiving (yep, skydiving!), and cruising around on her motorcycle with her four-legged pal, Baxter.
